Our Staff

Doug became the second pastor of Crossroads Baptist Church in March of 1993. Doug was born and raised in northeast Oklahoma, recieved his Bachelor's Degree from Oklahoma Baptist University, and his Master's of Divinty and Ph. D. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. In 1981, Doug married his wife, Angela, who is a licensed marriage and family therapist and a licensed chemical dependency counselor. They have two sons--Jordan and Cameron.

Don has served as Minister of Worship & Music at Crossroads since 1989. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Church Music from Oklahoma Baptist University and a Master's Degree in Church Music from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Don and his wife, Donna, have a son, Kevin, and a daughter, Sarah, whose families live in San Antonio. The Fellers have five grandchildren.

Stuart was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and raised in southern California. He has three married daughters, Brynn, Meghan, and Jennifer, and five grandchildren. Stuart has a diploma in religious education from the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been on staff at Crossroads since 1994.

Andy joined the Crossroads staff in 2010. He and his wife, Shannon attended Baylor University. They have five children: Brady, Baylen, Brannon, Briley, and Bethany. Andy has been ministering to students and their families for over 20 years.

Pam began her ministry at Crossroads in 2004. After graduating from Clark High School, she obtained her Bachelor's Degree from Baylor University, followed by a Master's Degree of Religious Education and Missions from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. In 1992, Pam married Karl Reigle, who is a licensed professional counselor and licensed chemical dependency counselor. They have been blessed with two children, Jonathan and Keri.
