CROSSROADS MIDDLE SCHOOL DODGEBALL TOURNAMENT
All players must have medical release forms completed and signed by parent/ legal guardian. Player will not be eligible to play if not completed. Forms will be available the day of the tournament if unable to print.
Please review rules before the day of the tournament. We will cover them the day of but it is important for your team to already know the rules.
You may print these out and have them already completed or we will have them available the day of the tournament. If you do not have a complete team, we will add players who come in without a team. If you only have 6 players on your team, we may have to add players who come in without a team. All players on each team must play. Team colors and appropriate uniforms is encouraged.
CONCESSIONS
There will be snacks, sodas, candy for sale for $1. Cash and credit card are accepted.
